These terms form an agreement between you and SuperCricketers ("we", "us") covering your use of supercricketers.com and the game on it. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using it you confirm that you meet that requirement and that free-to-play social gaming is permitted where you are. We may restrict or refuse access where we believe these conditions are not met.
2. Social gaming only
SuperCricketers provides one free social casino-style slot game for entertainment purposes only. There is no real-money wagering on this site, no opportunity to win real money or real-world prizes, and no purchase is necessary or possible. Nothing offered here constitutes gambling, betting, or a lottery, and nothing here should be taken as encouragement to gamble elsewhere.
3. Virtual coins
Coins, credits, payouts, spin results, and any other in-game values are virtual items with no monetary value whatsoever. They are provided free of charge, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, traded, or redeemed for money, goods, services, or anything of value, and confer no ownership or property rights. Balances are session-only and are lost on reload. We may change, reset, or remove virtual items or game mechanics at any time without notice and without any obligation to compensate you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site; use automated tools, scripts, or modified clients to manipulate game outcomes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; reproduce or redistribute our content beyond ordinary personal use; or present this site or its game to others as a real-money gambling service. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.
5. Intellectual property
The SuperCricketers name, brand, design, game design, code, and written content are ours or are used under licence, and remain protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. You are welcome to play and to link to us; you are not granted any licence to copy, adapt, or commercially exploit the material.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The game may be modified, taken offline temporarily, or withdrawn permanently. Since access costs nothing and no balance has value, no refund or compensation arises in any of these cases.
7. Disclaimer
The site and the game are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or that outcomes will meet your expectations. Performance in our game has no bearing on outcomes in any real-money gambling activity, and we make no representation to the contrary.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including loss of data, loss of virtual items, or time spent playing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Responsible play
You are responsible for managing the time you spend on this site. Our responsible play page sets out guidance we ask every player to read, including the clear statement that social gaming success does not predict real-money gambling success.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@supercricketers.com.
